Domestic Returns/Exchanges
Timeframe to notify: Up to 14 days post-delivery
We offer one prepaid shipping label on unworn, non-custom pieces within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.
Steps to exchange/return (**including Facebook and Instagram Shop orders):
1. Visit https://www.almalibrejewelry.com/pages/contact-us
2. Enter your Full Name and Order number, email
3. In the message box tell us which items you want to return or exchange and explain the reason to that ( this help us to improve if there any )
4. Determine which return outcome you'd like :
- Exchange for the same item in a new length/size
- Exchange for a different item
- Return for refund back to original method of payment. Returns for refund are subject to a $5 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
5. Securely pack the item(s) in a small box or padded mailer. If available, please use original packaging.6. Attach your return label to the package and drop it off within 14 days to your nearest USPS location.
-The following items can't be returned:
*Final Sale Items.
*Personalized pieces.
Refunds and Processing
Our team will process your return/exchange once the item is received at our studio, please allow extra 2-5 business days to see your refund on your statement or in case of exchange to ship the new item back to you. Credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete.
Upon receipt and processing of your return, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your refund to your original form of payment (only). Taxes will be refunded along with the items that you send back, excluding any shipping charges paid by the customer.
International Returns
Timeframe : Up to 14 days post-delivery
We gladly accept returns on unworn, non-custom pieces within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and that we do not cover the cost of return shipping on International orders.

Warranty & Repairs
Warranty
Timeframe -- Free up to 60 days from delivery date
We stand by our work, honor our word, and care about your satisfaction. However, mistakes do happen as our jewelry is handcrafted, but we will take care of you at no cost to you. Our 60-day warranty covers the following:
- Manufacturing defects -- broken chain, faulty clasp, etc.
- Errors -- stamping errors, wrong size, etc.

All sale page products are final sale and are not covered by the warranty.
