When will you ship my order?
We process and ship your orders from Houston, Texas. Please allow 2-4 business for our team to process your order once your payment has been posted. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once we ship your order with your tracking information.
When will I receive my order?
** Free domestic shipping: 5-8 business days from the shipping date.
** Shipping upgrades: times vary, please check at checkout for delivery estimates

What if I entered the incorrect shipping address?
Please, contact us as soon as possible contact@almalibrejewelry.com with your name, order number and updated shipping address. If you’re order has not been shipped yet, we will gladly update your shipping information.
**If you’re order has been shipped, we won’t be able to change it and we are not responsible for any lost package due to incorrect address input by the customer.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, unfortunately we are not able to cancel it. Once you receive your order, you can return it within the corresponded time frame according to our policy.

My order says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?
Sometimes shipping companies marks packages as delivered before it makes it to your doorstep, please allow an additional one to two business days for delivery. If you still have not received it, then please email us at contact@almalibrejewelry.com
